The advantage is that you can continue to work with the 3D model and adjust its shape or dimensions as required. Then produce it again with various technologies, including 3D printing from various materials. What can we provide with 3D scanning?
- Based on the physical part, we will create an accurate digital model with a scan accuracy of up to ± 0.05 mm,
- We can smooth the surface and adjust critical areas to a theoretically accurate face value.
- We deliver scans in many formats, such as STEP / STP, IGES / IGS, Parasolid, as well as flatbed such as STL and OBJ.

When is 3D scanning appropriate?
3D scanning is mainly used in the following cases:
- If you need to quickly and relatively accurately create a digital model from a physical piece,
- if the largest dimensions of the parts are within the range of 30 to 200 mm,
- where the geometry is not easily measurable e.g. caliper or micrometer. These are curved surfaces, shaped elements, etc.
When is 3D scanning not appropriate?

What is the investment in 3D scanning?
If the largest dimension of the scanned part is up to 200 mm , the price for an automatic scan is € 60 excluding VAT.
We do not yet provide 3D scanning services above 200 mm.
