Low-volume Series Production of Aluminium Profile Caps

This project shows how 3D printing allows for a very flexible response to market demands thanks to a swift delivery of smaller-volume series, from hundreds to thousands of items.

The components are manufactured from the ASA technical plastic for its better mechanical properties.

We developed and further improved funcion of the caps to be easily mounted onto the profile.

Now we produce the caps in several designs and colors in hundreds to thounsands pieces per month.
