We know, that additive manufacturing is no longer about prototyping.
We print functional parts in small to medium batch production quantities, which is relatively new trend in the domain of manufacturing.
This pieces replace injection mold production, because our client wanted to alternate the original design and injection moulding would not be economical in terms of quantity.
We were able to print fully isotropic parts in PA12, which is very strong and tough.
This example is on of a many that evolution of manufacturing has already started.
